We first opened our Shenzhen office, located in the High-Tech Industrial Park, Nanshan, as a direct response to customer demands and the city’s emergence as a hub for LED panel manufacturing.

Under the leadership of Elijah Ebo, Director of APAC Operation, we swiftly addressed language barriers by hiring Chinese-speaking field application engineers to facilitate seamless communication and support for local clients, and to demonstrate our commitment to enhancing customer experience.

2020 marked a significant chapter in our Shenzhen journey with an expansion of operations. Not only did we move to larger offices in the same industrial park, but we also introduced the Hydra measurement system to our partners, alongside our renowned HDR technology. These new technologies required more support, resulting in our team of dedicated calibration support engineers led by John Li, and an account management team led by Alex Guo.

In 2024, our 5th anniversary year, the Shenzhen office now has an 18-strong team across various departments, supporting a growing base of panel manufacturer partners and studios. Led by Pokman Chu, General Manager (China), with the support of Summer Zhang, Deputy General Manager (China), the team is positioned for continued success.

Our operation in Shenzhen covers a full suite of services – including account management, project management, calibration, operations, technical support, training, field application engineering, and marketing.

We are collaborating with industry-leading partners to implement and integrate cutting-edge tools. Our goal is to ensure the availability of top-tier resources for establishing a high-quality demonstration facility in the region, fostering a closer market ecosystem.
